At Oh Hello Clothing, we want you to love your new look, but if it's not the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Securely pack your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

Ship It Back

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
